摘要
本文首先探讨了单、双重威布尔分布函数用于建立武器装备研制费用分布的理论模型的拟合方式，并在此基础上对同样的问题引入最小二乘多项式拟合的方式。文中还讨论了模型的适用性并给出了具体的应用实例。
In this paper, the single and double Weibull's distribution functions are studied to establish the theo- retical model of development cost distribution of weapon system. On this basis, a least square multinomial is also used to imitate the same distribution. The model's fitness is studied and examples of establishing distribution model to several weapon systems are given.
