完善我国消费者权益保护法的思考

1993年颁布的《消费者权益保护法》随着经济的发展和消费环境的变化,存在的缺陷与不足日益显现。因此,进一步充实和完善维护消费者权益法迫在眉睫。

With development of the economy and change of consumption environment,weaknesses and inadequacies of the Law of the People＇s Republic of China on Protection of Consumer Rights and Interests issued in 1993 became apparent gradually.So it is extremely urgent to make further effort to enrich and improve the consumer rights and interests protection.
