中国地方政府竞争力与人力资本投资

在全球化背景下,各国政府处在日益增加的激烈竞争环境中。政府竞争力被看做是提升国家竞争力的一个重要因素,政府竞争力是由中央政府和各地方政府合力形成,地方政府竞争力的强弱势必影响政府整体的竞争力从而进一步关系到国家竞争力。因此,对地方政府竞争力的研究具有重要的理论意义和现实意义,通过对地方政府竞争力差异因素分析,说明中国地方政府竞争力与人力资本投资关系,并得出结论:加大人力资本投资有利于提高地方政府竞争力。
