摘要
建筑项目管理,主要是通过管理使项目的目标得以实现。项目管理涉及从项目立项,规划设计,招标投标,实施,竣工验收,到保修等各个阶段,文章仅从实施阶段的三大控制,结合一些在实践中的经验谈谈看法。
Construction project management is aimed at the realization of the objectives of projects through management. Project management involves phases from project approval, design, bidding; implementation, completion, check, acceptance and guarantee to keep buildings in good repair. This paper just talks about three major control systems in the implementation phase based on my practice.
