摘要
本文结合我国公路建设的实际,总结了公路建设相关者利益冲突中的主要问题,基于"WSR"系统方法论,对公路工程质量管理进行了系统分析,提出了适应知识经济的公路工程质量控制的新观念。
The essay combines the present condition of our country＇s highway construction, summarizes the main problems of the related highway construction people＇s interest conflict. Based on the WSR systematical methodology, the author systematically analyzes the highway project quality management and raises the new concept of highway project quality control which adapts to the knowledge economy.
