The paper discusses the experience of supervision of water conservancy project construction process, the constituting of the supervision organ, the tasks of the supervising engineer on quality control, procedures and methods, investment control, progress control, problems faced in the supervision task and the solutions, summarizes the experience of the supervision task and exchanges the experience with people in the same field which gives some inspiration for the improvement of engineering supervision quality and in the carrying out of the supervision task.
