摘要 双馈方案由于其功率变换单元小、风速调节范围广、响应快等特点,是目前风力发电中应用最为广泛的一种解决方案。本文主要针对PrimePACK(英飞凌最新的大功率模块)在双馈系统的寿命问题进行讨论。 Doubly-fed wind turbines are widely employed in wind power application due to its small converter size,variable speed operation and good control performance.This paper presents the big improvements of lifetime when PrimePACK?(Infineon latest high power IGBT module) is applied to the doubly-fed system.
