摘要
文章针对目前在政府投资项目签证工作中存在的问题,提出了加强工程签证管理的措施和办法,以期达到合理控制工程造价、提高政府投资效益的目标。
Basing on the problems in government investment project of construction identification and approval work, the paper puts forward measures and methods of strengthening visa project management in order to achieve the goal of controlling the project cost and improve government investment benefits.
