Thinking about the Tendency of Residence of the Type Interior Design in China

跃层房屋主要是因为每户都有较大的采光面;通风较好,户内居住面积和辅助面积较大,布局紧凑,功能明确;相互干扰较小。其最大的优势是把惯用于平层上所展现的设计,恰如其分地甚至更优化地延伸到多层的空间中。

Residence of the type house main advantage can be listed as following： larger daylighting scale, ventilation condition,larger indoor living space and auxiliary area, layout of the compact, the layout of the space plane is very reasonable,smaller interfered with each other. Especially, the biggest advantage is that the fiat layer design idea is extended appropriately even more optimized to multi-layer.
