This paper introduces the importance of geological data and the significance of geological data and describes the definition and classification of collection of geological data, elaborates the definition and the form compiling electronic dlcuments .Based on the practical works , The problems and suggestions in collection and delivering of geological achievdment data are analized to provide some reference experience for the future work.
