摘要
分析光干涉仪中光程差产生的某些因素,介绍光程差补偿系统的工作原理和设计要求,描述试验光干涉仪光度差补偿系统的结构设计方案,提出了实用光干涉仪光程差补偿系统的初步设想并讨论了该补偿系统设计中可能存在的有关问题。
Not only is an optical path length compensation system one of the most important parts but also one of the most technically difficult parts for an optical in-terferometer. In this paper, some factors causing the optical path length in an opticalinterferometer are analyed. The principle and design requirments of the opticalpath length compensator are introduced. The construction of an experimentalcompensator is described. The design idea of a practical compensator are given, andthe possible problems in deqigning the compensator are discussed.
