居住区内的商业建筑与在次居住的住户关系最为密切,合理规划有利于体现复合型商业对居住区提供更方便、快捷的服务体系;解决好住宅与底层商服之间的关系,将较好的减少二者之间的干扰;合理选择适合做商服的住宅户型,将有利于设置使用更方便的商服格局。
