摘要
建设工程质量管理应坚持"质量第一,预防为主"的方针和"计划、执行、检查、处理"的PDCA循环工作方法,因为建设工程施工质量控制是建设工程质量管理的重要任务之一,它贯穿于建设工程项目决策阶段和实施阶段的全过程,只有认真把握住每个环节,按质量要求严格控制管理,才能建造出高质量、高水准的工程。
Architecture engineering quality management should insist on the guideline of taking quality and prevention as the base and the PDCA cycle working methods of plan,performance,checking and treatment.Construction quality is the important task of architecture engineering management and it exist in the whole process of project decision and performance phase.It is related with the establishment and operation of engineering quality assurance system,the pre-control of construction quality and process,construction quality check.
