摘要
分析了目前图书馆员存在的主要心理健康问题,提出把EAP——员工帮助计划这一理论引入到图书馆员心理健康的维护中;同时也阐述了引入EAP的必要性及在图书馆施行EAP的具体方法。
This paper analyzes the main mental health problems in current librarians and it is necessary to introduce the librarians for EAP to provide the maintenance of mental health.Analysis the necessity and the specific methods of EAP in the library.
