The Seminar on Introducing Foreign Expertise for Developing Countries: A New Model for Cooperation and Exchange

理解一个人不容易,理解一个民族就更难。法国戴高乐将军曾说过:"人与人之间的距离比地球和月亮的距离还大。但我希望世界上不同的国家、不同的民族能够克服地球上和文化上的距离,走得更近,更亲密。"

The Seminar on Introducing Foreign Expertise for Developing Countries, organized by the Ministry of Commerce and State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs of P. R. China, was held in Beijing in May. 21 government off icials from 10 developing countries attended the seminar, and visited several organizations in Beijing, Tangshan and Hangzhou. Since 2006, a total of 248 participants from 60 countries have attended seven seminars for developing countries.
