摘要
采用微波辅助-液液微提取高效液相色谱法测定环境水样中的三嗪类除草剂。优化了提取溶剂的种类和体积、样品溶液的pH值、盐的浓度、提取时间、微波功率、振荡时间和离心速度等实验条件。在20mL水样中,加入200μL1-己基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐(提取剂),控制NaCl的含量为3%(m/V),在300W时常压微波提取加热1min,振荡15min。提取完成后,在冰水浴中冷却20min后,以8000r/min离心5min。在最佳实验条件下,5种除草剂在2.5~60μg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数在0.9972~0.9991之间;检出限为0.56~1.44μg/L。
Microwave-assisted liquid-liquid microextraction was developed for extracting the triazines from environmental water samples.The triazines were determined by high performance liquid chromatography.Some experimental parameters,such as type and volume of extractant,pH value of sample solution,salt concentration in sample solution,extraction time,microwave power,shaking time and rate of centrifugation were selected.200 μL /[C6MIM/]/[PF6/] (extractant) was added into 20 mL water sample.The NaCl was added into the sample and the concentration of NaCl in the sample was 3% (m/V).The sample was irradiated with microwave at the power of 300 W for 1 min,and then shaken for 15 min.After the extraction was finished,the sample was cooled in an ice-water bath for 20 min and centrifuged at the rate of 8000 r/min.The areas of chromatographic peaks were directly proportional to the analyte concentrations in the range from 2.5 to 60 μg/L with the correlation coefficients ranging from 0.9972 to 0.9991.The detection limits for the analytes were found to be from 0.56 to 1.44 μg/L.
