摘要
目的检测细胞增殖相关基因人特异性蛋白激酶-15(specific protein kinase 15,NYD-SP15)基因在药物性牙龈增生(drug-induced gingival over-growth,DGO)及正常牙龈组织中的表达。方法应用RT-PCR法检测13例药物性牙龈增生患者牙龈切除术中切除的增生牙龈组织标本(A组:钙通道阻滞剂,B组:抗癫痫药物,C组:免疫抑制剂)及20例正常牙龈组织(取自外伤冠折后行牙冠延长术中切除的牙龈组织)中NYD-SP15基因的表达。结果药物性牙龈增生组织中NYD-SP15的mRNA水平高于正常牙龈组织(P<0.05)。在增生牙龈组织中,各药物组间NYD-SP15基因的表达量无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 NYD-SP15的异常表达在人药物性牙龈增生发生发展过程中起到一定的作用,但该基因高表达与药物性牙龈增生发生的相关机制尚待进一步研究。
Objective To investigate the relevance of human specific protein kinase 15 (NYD-SP15)gene and drug-induced gingival over-growth(DGO) by detecting the expression differences of NYD-SP15 gene in gingival tissue both of DGO patients and normal people. Methods Reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) was applied to detect the expression of NYD-SP15 gene in gingival tissue both of 13 cases of DGO patients and 20 cases of normal people. The DGO patients were divided into three groups( A: group of calcium channel blockers, B : group of anti-epileptic drugs, C : group of immunosuppressants), and the samples were the exci- sion of gingival tissue during gingivectomy. The normal gingival tissue was the excision of gingival tissue during crown lengthening sur- gery ( the teeth were traumatic crown fractures). Results The expression of NYD-SP15 in tissue of DGO was significantly higher than that of normal gingiva tissue (P 〈 0.05). And there was no significant difference between the three DGO groups( P 〉0.05) . Conclusions Abnormal expression of NYD-SP15 plays an important role in DGO. However,the relationship between the gene and the mechanisms of DGO remains to be further studied.
