纳米羟基磷灰石胶原骨植入治疗根分叉病变的临床研究

Clinical study on nano-hydroxyapatite/collagen in treatment of root furtation defects

目的探讨纳米羟基磷灰石胶原骨植入治疗根分叉病变的临床疗效。方法对60例根分叉病变患者施行根分叉刮治术,并植入纳米羟基磷灰石胶原骨,观察其疗效。对所得数据进行配对t检验。结果牙周袋深度减少2.93mm,附着丧失平均获得1.35mm,牙龈出血指数减少1.62,经检验均有显著性差异。结论纳米羟基磷灰石胶原骨植入对治疗根分叉病变有一定临床价值。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of nano-hydroxyapatite/collagen （nHAC） in the treatment of root furcation de- fects. Methods Root fureation curettage was done and nano-hydroxyapatite/collagen was implanted to sixty patients. Pairs t test was used for data analysis. Results The length of probing depth （PD） and attachment loss（AL） decreased by 2.93 mm and 1.35 mm,respectively. Gingival blood index（GBI） reduced by 1.62. All above showed significant differences, compared with pre-treatment. Conclusions Nano-hydroxyapatite/collagen implanting was feaslble,with satisfactory clinical results to treat root fureation defects.
