摘要
在分析了某特大桥的工程特点的基础上,可设计挂篮法悬臂灌筑施工流程;根据桥身截面变化的特点,选定了四种典型工况,基于构件承载能力极限状态理论和满足结构构造要求、运用Midas2006软件并行处理,以平均应力发挥最大、结构质量最轻为目标,进行挂篮构件优化设计。该设计方法步骤简单、操作方便、理念先进、目标性强,具有广阔的应用前景。
Analyzing the characteristic of a certain extra large bridge, the author designed the construction process of movable suspended scaffolding. According to the difference of cross section of the bridge, the author selected four typical examples. In accordance with the limit equilibrium method for loading capacity of structural parts Midas2006 software was used for the treatment. With the target of utilizing the greatest function of average stress and lightest weight of structure, this method of design is simple, convenient, advanced, clearly aimed and has a broad application prospect.
