Experience and Problems in the Construction of Discipline Groups

结合浙江工商职业技术学院推行专业群建设的实践,总结出专业群建设的经验在于有利于共享实践基地与师资,增强专业设置的灵活性与适应性,提升专业建设整体水平,培养复合型人才。专业群建设存在的问题主要是专业群的管理与运行欠缺、专业群评价机制尚未建立、专业群的专业划分合理性不够等。

The paper sums up the experience in the construction of discipline groups of Zhejiang business Technology Institute, which makes it possible for them to share bases for field practice and teachers, set up new disciplines flexibly and adaptably, upgrade the overall level of discipline construction and train cross-disciplinary talents. The problems found herein include weak management, dissatisfactory operation, lack of evaluation mechanism, unreasonable division of discipline groups, etc.
