规范化管理是办公室工作效率和质量的保证,高校办公室必须更新理念,增强责任意识和质量意识,积极采取有效措施,建立规范、高效的学校行政管理体制和运行机制,从细微处入手,实施精细化管理,确保各项工作高效率、零失误,实现可持续发展。
Standardized management is the guarantee for efficiency and quality of office service. Administration Office in Universities should upgrade concept, emphasize responsibility and quality, take effective measures, establish efficient standardized mechanism of management of operation and pay attention to small details to ensure sustainable development.
