鄱阳湖生态经济区与海峡西岸经济区互动合作的思考

The Thinking of Interaction Cooperation between the Poyang Lake Eco-economic Zone and the Economic Zone in West Bank of Taiwan Strait

鄱阳湖生态经济区与海峡西岸经济区是新时期国家区域发展总体战略的重要组成部分。策应海峡西岸经济区建设,加强区域经济互动合作,是实现鄱阳湖生态经济区跨越式发展、提高江西开放型经济水平的有效途径。本文基于江西主动融入"海西"对接台湾的视角,阐述了两区域互动合作的战略意义,并结合江西省情,探讨了融入海峡西岸经济区建设的现实基础、制约因素和实现机制,从而初步提出了江西融入海峡西岸经济区建设的整体战略构思。

The Poyang Lake Eco-economic Zone and the Economic Zone in West Bank of Taiwan Strait constitute the important components of the general strategy of regional development in the new period. Supporting the Economic Zone in West Bank of Taiwan Strait and strengthening interaction cooperation is the effective way to achieve the leap-over development in the Poyang Lake Eco-economic Zone and improve level of inter-region economy in Jiangxi. Based on the perspective of docking Taiwan, this article elaborates the strategic significance of mutual cooperation in the two areas. It also combines the province situation in Jiangxi, discussing the realistic foundation, restricting factors and the implement mechanism to integrate into the construction of the economic zone in west bank of Taiwan Strait.
