摘要
项目融资作为一种适用于基础设施建设的新型融资方式已在我国得到了成功的应用,并且随着我国经济的发展,将有更为广阔的应用前景。但是,项目融资具有融资参与方多、结构复杂、风险因素多等特点,因此加强项目融资的风险管理显得尤为重要。本文根据项目融资过程是一个系统动态过程的特点,利用系统动力学对项目融资过程构建系统反馈图,进行风险识别,分析出融资过程中的主要风险。
Project financing, as a new financing method which is suitable in infrastructure construction, has been successfully used in China. It is facing a bright and extensive prospect with the development of economy in our country. Project financing features multiply partners, structural complexity, risk factors etc. Therefore, strengthening the risk management in project financing seems very important. This thesis, based on the feature of system dynamics in project financing, adopted the dynamic theory to construct a feedback graph of the process of project financing, to evaluate the risk and to analyze the key risk factors in its process..
