浅析中国应对反倾销基本模式——“三位一体”模式

Analysis of Chin's Response Anti-dumping Basic Model--Trinity Mode

本文首先从中国目前遭遇的反倾销现状分析入手,发现中国出口产品遭遇反倾销现状非常严峻。系统、科学、有效地应对反倾销成为中国反倾销的主要任务。本文从分析中国现有反倾销应对模式入手,发现其中的优点和缺点。然后在此基础上,发挥现有模式的优点,改善现有模式的缺点,构建一个新的反倾销应对模式。

This article analyzes Chin＇s anti-dumping situation and finds out the critical results. So the main task of China＇s anti-dumping is to counter anti-dumping systematically, scientifically and effectively. To achieve this aim, this article analyzes the China＇s present anti-dumping coping mechanism, and then finds out its advantages and shortcomings. On the basis of this, a new anti-dumping coping mechanism has been constructed.
