After having experienced a financial nightmare,E-commerce still strong walked。But in developing process,because the profession development is not mature,some problems still exist. In 2010, Three-Networks convergence start to enter in our field of vision,and its arrival will further promote and improve the development of e-commerce in such aspects as market, consuming groups, infrastructure construction,thus exert a great influence on this industry of e-commerce.
