浅谈新时期高校的师德师风建设

良好的师德师风是高校存在和发展的必要条件，也是推动高校发展的重要思想动力。在我国高校发展过程中，师德师风状况开始凸显一些f．-l~。本文通过对这些问题的分析，结合当前高校发展面临的新形势、新任务，提出了师德师风建设的主要目标和实施途径。

The good qualities and morale of teachers is a necessary condition for the existence and development of a University. It is also the important thought Power of its development. In the process of development in Chinese universities, qualities and morale of teachers has begun a number of issues highlighted.
