摘要
当前,我国中小企业核心员工激励机制存在着员工绩效考核制度不完善、企业的薪酬机制不合理、精神激励滞后、不重视对员工的培训和开发、企业文化的影响不足等方面的问题。中小企业要留住人才,就应建立有效的激励机制,认真解决上述问题。
Now the problems on incentive mechanism of core employees are imperfect performance evaluation system, improper sahry mechanism, backward spiritual motivation, rare training and development on employees, and weak influence of enterprise euhure in China's small and medium-sized enterprises. Hence, the small and medium-sized enterprises should establish an effective incentive mechanism and solve the above-mentioned problems to keep talents.
