摘要
以制浆造纸技术专业"岗位主导型"人才培养为例,论述了"岗位主导型"人才培养目标定位,并通过模块化分析构建动态系统结构,在此基础上分析探讨了高职制浆造纸专业学生的职业能力结构的九种能力模块。
As post - leading higher vocational personnel training of papermaking technology major for example,the aim positioning of the training mode was discussed. The dynamic system structure was built through modular analysis,and based on that the nine ability modules of the vocational ability structure of the papermaking major students were investigated.
