Vocational research projects discussed in the time control risk,members of the change in risk,the risk of funding research projects,the results of the risk of concluding the project,the project leader’s management of risk and risk management research projects,and this made a reasonable integration of resources,relying on innovation team; strengthen process management to improve the completion of quality; expenses and reasonable budget, measures to increase financial supervision system.
