摘要
客户市场权力的增强、服务价值和竞争力的凸显以及技术进步等因素推动制造企业向服务转型.这种新型的制造模式体现出企业与客户互动、产品与服务融合、全程化服务、大规模定制、柔性制造和网络协同等方面的显著特征,并对信息化提出了更高的要求.具体而言,服务型制造企业的信息化需要基于流程再造和服务标准,在数据、流程和服务三个层面实现企业内和跨企业的信息资源整合以及对客户信息的共享和挖掘,进而建立一个包括产品销售与服务、采购与协同制造、综合信息管理、生产作业与控制、产品设计与管理、企业信息门户等子系统在内的协同制造服务平台.
Some factors drive the transition of manufacturing enterprise to be service-oriented.These factors include the increasing market power of customers,the significance of service value and competitiveness,technological progress and etc.This new mode of manufacture bears the features including the interaction between enterprise and customers,integration of production and service,whole process services,mass-customizing,flexible manufacturing and network-based collaboration.To put it more specifically,the informationization of service-oriented manufacturing enterprise needs process reengineering and service standard,information integrating of intra-organization and inter-organization at three levels of data,process and service,customer information sharing and mining and then constructing a service platform of collaborative manufacturing which is comprised of sub-systems of product sale and service,purchase and collaborative manufacture,integrated information management,production operation and control,product design and management,enterprise information port.
