HPLC法测定减肥通圣片中大黄素的含量

Determination of Emodin of Jianfei Tongsheng Tablets by HPLC

目的建立HPLC法测定减肥通圣片中大黄素的含量。方法采用GRACEODS 250×4.6mm色谱柱。以乙腈-甲醇-1%磷酸溶液(35:37:28)为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,柱温为30℃,检测波长为254nm。结果大黄素重复性试验RSD为1.9%(n=6);加样回收试验本方法的平均回收率为99.0%,3次测定结果的RSD为1.3%;阴性干扰试验表明,阴性对照液不干扰大黄素的含量测定。结论本方法专属性强,准确度高,重现性好。

Objective A HPLC method for the determination of emodin of Jianfei Tongsheng tablets was established.Methods A GRACEODS 250× 4.6mm was used with acetonitrile-methanol-solunthion of 1% phosphoric acid （35：37：28） as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0mL×min.The detection wavelength was set at 254nm and the column temperature was 30℃.Results The RSD is 1.9%（n=6）in emodin repetitive experiments.The average recovery rate was 99.0%（n=3） and RSD was 1.3%.The test of negative interference show the negative control don＇t interfere with the determination of emodin content.Conclusions The method is accurate,specific and good repeatability.
