76例妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤患者的治疗措施浅析

The Treatment Measure Exploration on 76 Cases of Pregnancy Combined with Ovarian Tumor Patients

目的探讨妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤患者的治疗措施,提高患者的生活质量。方法多种检查方法被用于诊断76例妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤患者,并根据病变类型施行合适的手术方案。结果所有患者均被确诊,通过手术,肿瘤和相关并发症得到有效控制,分娩成功率达到96.1%。结论妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤多为良性,早期临床症状不明显,因此应早期诊断,在手术方案和手术时间上有所区别,合理选择,从而保证最佳的手术效果,促进患者生活质量的提高。

Objective To explore the treatment measure of patients with pregnancy combined with ovarian tumor,and enhance the life quality of patients.Methods 76 cases of patients with pregnancy combined with ovarian tumor were detected with multifold diagnosed methods,and carried on desirable surgery program based on the type of tumor change.Results All patients were diagnosed,and ovarian tumor and complication were controlled effectively throughout surgery,the success rate of delivery reached up to 96.1%.Conclusion The pregnancy combined with ovarian tumor was optimum in usual condition,and the early clinical syndrome was not significantly.So it should be diagnose early and made a distinction between methods and time of surgery,to ensure the surgery effect and prompt the life quality of patients.
