摘要
目的观察、分析评价Dyract复合体修复楔形缺损的1、2年疗效。方法将59例患者随机分成两组,治疗组采用Dyract复合体修复121颗,对照组采用复合树脂修复117颗,比较1、2年内的填充疗效。结果经过追踪观察,Dyract组1、2年成功率分别达95.9%和90.3%,复合树脂组1、2年成功率分别为82.9%和79.1%,经比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Dyract复合体修复楔形缺损是一种较为理想的材料,黏结性强,对牙髓刺激小,其疗效优于复合树脂,临床疗效值得肯定。
Objective To analysis and evaluation the effect about Dyract complex repair wedge-shaped defects after 1,2-year.Method The 59 patients were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group with Dyract Complex Rehabilitation 121 teeth,the control group using composite resin restoration 117 teeth,compared the filling effect after 1,2 years.Result After tracking observation,the rate of successfully was 95.9% and 90.3% in Dyract group after 1,2 year,and in the composite resin group was 82.9% and 79.1%,the difference was statistically significant in the two groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Dyract complex repair wedge-shaped defect is an ideal material,bond strong stimulation to pulp,the effect is better than composite resin,clinical efficacy should be affirmed.
