依帕司他联合甲钴胺及前列地尔治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效观察

The Curative Effect of Epalrestat combined with Mecobalamine and Alprostadil on Diabetic Perineuropathy

目的探讨依帕司他联合甲钴胺及前列地尔治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法选取临床确诊为糖尿病周围神经病变的患者100例,随机分为两组,治疗组60例应用依帕司他联合甲钴胺及前列地尔治疗,对照组40例应用甲钴胺及前列地尔治疗。结果治疗组总有效率91.7%,显效率45%;对照组总有效率77.5%,显效率25%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01及P<0.05)。两组治疗后正中神经、腓总神经的感觉神经传导速度(SNCV)和运动神经传导速度(MNCV)与治疗前比较有明显提高,差异有显著性(P<0.01);治疗后治疗组神经传导速度较对照组有显著提高,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论依帕司他、甲钴胺及前列地尔三药联合治疗能够提高对糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。

Objective To investigate he curative effect of Epalrestat combined with Mecobalamine and Alprostadil on diabetic perineuropathy.Methods 100 patients with diabetic were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group（n=60） was treated with Epalrestat combined with Mecobalamine and Alprostadil.The control group（n=40） was treated only with Mecobalamine and Alprostadil.Results The total effective rate of reatment group was 91.7%.The effectiveness rate of reatment group was 45%.The total effective rate of control group was 77.5%.The effectiveness rate of control group was 25%.The curative effect of treatment group was better than control group（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）.After treatment the sensory nerves conduction velocity（SNCV） and the motor nerve conduction velocity（MNCV） were obviously improved（P〈0.01）.And the treatment group was more better than control group after treated（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Epalrestat combined with Mecobalamine and Alprostadil can improve the curative effect on diabetic perineuropathy.
