广州市越秀区公共场所从业人员健康知识需求调查

Survey on Need of Health Knowledge among Workers in Public Place in Yuexiu District of Guangzhou city

目的了解广州市越秀区公共场所从业人员健康教育知识需求及传播方式喜好,为今后开展公共场所从业人员健康教育提供依据。方法按照随机抽样的方法,使用自填式问卷调查本辖区内公共场所从业人员共501名。结果公共场所从业人员平均年龄为28.7岁,文化程度普遍较低,但在日常生活中十分关注健康方面的信息和知识,关注率达到97.4%。他们获得健康信息的途径多元化,主要途径有书籍(57.29%)、宣传单、小册子(50.50%)及电视、电台(44.51%),女性较男性更喜好通过宣传单张、墙报和书籍获得健康信息,差异具有统计学意义。他们对15项健康知识的需求率差别不大,需求率在60%～80%。结论越秀区公共场所从业人员获取健康知识的主动性较强,应在日常健康体检及卫生监督工作中结合该类人群的健康教育需求,充分利用多种宣传手段对该人群开展健康教育。

Objective To find out the need of health knowledge and likeness of ways,in order to give better advise to carry out health education for workers in public place of Yuexiu District of Guangzhou city.Method According to the random sampling methods,to get information from 501 workers in public place in Yuexiu District by questionaire.Results The average age of wokers in public place was 28.7.Although their knowledge was low,they paid attention to the health information,up to 97.4%.They had many ways to get health information,including books （57.29%）,booklet （50.50%）,TV and Radio （44.51%）.Comparison to the male,female perfer to the booklet,book.The rate of need of Health knowledge in 15 aspects had no difference,among 60%～80%.Conclusions Workers in public place of our district had great need for health information.We should combine the daily work with health education according to their need.
