超导可视人流技术临床应用疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy about Superconducting Video Stream Technical

目的观察超导可视人流技术的临床疗效。方法观察2008年5月至2010年5月期间,宫内妊娠6～10周的人流手术患者716例,其中普通人流465例,超导可视人流251例,观察两组术后第2次清宫率,术后阴道流血时间等,进行统计分析。结果超导可视人流组第2次清宫率明显低于普通组,差异有显著性(P<0.05),两组术后平均阴道流血时间基本相同,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论超导可视人流技术的运用可减少第2次清宫率、缩短宫腔操作时间、减少人流不全等并发症,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the superconducting clinical effect of visual flow technology. Methods From May 2008 to May 2010 period, the intrauterine pregnancy 6-10 weeks were 716 cases of abortions, of which 465 cases of normal flow, video flow superconducting 251 cases were observed after 2 times dilatation and curettage, vaginal bleeding after time, for statistical analysis. Results The visual flow of superconducting curettage group 2 was significantly lower than normal group, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）, the average duration of vaginal bleeding after the two groups is basically the same, the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The use of superconducting technology, visualization can reduce the flow of the second dilatation and curettage, uterine shortened operating time, reduced complications such as incomplete abortion, is worthy of promotion.
