摘要
目的探讨保守疗法治疗外伤性脾破裂的临床效果。方法 42例外伤性脾破裂患者根据其病情,给予及时科学的保守疗法。结果所有患者均痊愈出院,痊愈率达到100%,显示了较好的临床效果。结论对于中轻度外伤性脾破裂患者来说,保守治疗效果显著,可以减少患者痛苦,是值得考虑的治疗方案。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of conservative treatment for patients with splenic traumatic rupture. Methods 42 cases of patients with splenic traumatic rupture were given timely and fight rescue according to the concrete disease. Results The cure cases was 42, cure rate reached up to 100%, it showed good clinical effect. Conclusions For tmserious patients with splenic traumatic rupture, conservative treatment is a considerable treatment program because of its little pain and high effect.
