痉挛型脑瘫实施中药熏蒸疗法中的护理及疗效观察

Clinical observation for traditional Chinese fumigating and nursing to spasticity of cerebral palsy

目的观察中药熏蒸配合运动功能训练对痉挛型脑瘫患儿的临床疗效。方法86例痉挛型脑瘫患儿分为中药熏蒸加运动功能训练组40例和单纯运动功能训练组46例，中药熏蒸组治疗的同时采取相应护理措施进行护理，治疗3个疗程后采用改良Ashworth痉挛评价表对治疗前后的肌张力进行评价，并采用GMFM对治疗前后的大运动功能进行评价。结果中药熏蒸加运动功能训练组和单纯运动功能训练组的总有效率分别为85％和65．2％，两组在肌张力的缓解上有显著差异（P？0．05），中药熏蒸加运动功能训练组较单纯运动功能训练组大运动评分高，其差异有显著性（P？0．05）。结论中药熏蒸加运动功能训练组和单纯运动功能训练组对痉挛性脑瘫患儿肌肉痉挛及大运动均有改善作用，中药熏蒸配合运动功能训练对痉挛型脑瘫患儿肌肉痉挛及大运动的改善作用更明显。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigating and functional training to spasticity of cerebral palsy. Methods 86 eases of patients with cerebral palsy were divided into treatment group （40 cases） and control group （46 cases）.Occupatianal movement training were the basic treatment in each group, and the eases of treatment group were treated by traditional Chinese fumigating and nursing,3 course of treatment later, evaluating the muscular tension by Modified Ashworth Scale and motor function by Gross Motor Function Measure. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 85%, and the control group was 65.2%, every index got improved than prior treatment in two groups, and the treatment group was better than the control group, and there was a significant difference in statistics （P〈0.05）Conclusion Based on the functional training, it can promote the motor function development and relieve muscle spasm by given the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine fumigating and functional training.
