摘要
目的探讨B超引导下肝脏穿刺活检术患者的护理措施。方法回顾性分析130例在我科接受B超引导下肝脏穿刺活检术患者的术前准备、术中配合及术后护理的临床观察和护理措施。结果130例患者均得到满意护理，肝脏穿刺活检术均获得成功。结论术前完善的准备是肝脏穿刺活检术成功的基础，术中密切的配合是肝脏穿刺活检术成功的关键．术后细心临床观察和护理是减少术后并发症的重要环节。
Objective To discuss the nursing care of ultrasound-guided liver biopsy. Methods 130 patients with ultrasound-guided liver biopsy were analyzed retrospectively, and the features of preoperative preparation, management during operation and intensive care after surgery in infants were discussed also. Results 130 patients received satisfactory nursing care. And 130 ultrasound-guided liver biopsy were performed successfully. Conclusions Preoperative preparation, management during operation and intensive care after surgery were very important in successful ultrasound-guided liver biopsy.
