摘要
目的：探讨重度烧伤患者的营养护理临床效果。方法：67例重度烧伤患者根据临床情况给予合适的肠内营养和腩外营养护理。结果：63倒患者痊愈出院，4例死亡，营养护理中有仅少数患者出现轻微的副反应，显示了较好的营养护理效果。结论：应根据患者病情，制定个性化的营养护理方案，以帮助重度烧伤患者平稳度过休克期。
Objective： To explore the clinical effect of vital care for patients with severe burn children. Methods： 67 cases of severe burn patients were given proper nursing of enteral nutrition （EN） and parenteralnutrition （PN）. Results： The cure cases were 63 and death cases were 4, only few patients happened light complications during vital care period. It showed good nursing effect. Conclusion： It should formulate individualistic program of vital care according to conditions of patients to help severe burn patients pass the shock phase steadily.
