摘要
随着我国经济发展越来越迅速,各个行业中的竞争也越来越激烈,作为医院同样不免于此。目前的状态是一些医院门庭若市,而与此同时其他一些医院门可罗雀,医院的分化已经可见一般。在此种形势下,如何提高医院竞争力,如何更好的生存,是目前各个医院所关注的问题,本文将从医院组织文化建设出发,强调医院组织文化的重要性,并分析如何通过加强医院组织文化推动医院竞争力发展。
with the development of the economy in our country, competition is heated in every field, as well as hospitals. Some of hospitals are beaten a path to their doors, the state of others are very worrying, and so there is the differentiation in that field. How to he more competitive, how to survive, is the matter of concern in healthcare. This article, taking the "the study of organizational culture in the hospital" as a principle, analyzes the role of organizational culture in the hospital during economic development. Meanwhile, this article, will focus on hospital organizational culture building and how to increase the competitive advantage through organizational culture building.
