参附注射液治疗脑梗塞疗效分析

The clinical effect analysis on shenfu injection used in treatment of patients with cerebral infarction

目的：探讨参附注射液治疗脑梗塞的临床效果。方法：85例脑梗塞者被随机分为实验组（n=43）和对照组（n=42），对照组给予单纯西药治疗，实验组在对照组基础上加用参附注射液治疗。结果：两组在总有效率，显效率方面有显著性差异（P〈0．05），实验组疗效显著优于对照组。结论：参附注射液联合西药结合用于脑梗塞的治疗，对于改善临床效果，提高患者生活质量是很有意义的，值得在临床上应用和推广。

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of shenfu injection used in treatment of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods： 85 cases of patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into experimental group （n = 43） and control group （n = 42）. Control groups were given therapy of single western treatment, and experimental group were added to therapy of shenfu injection on base of control group. Results The total effective rate and excellent rate in experimental group were significantly better than that in control group （p〈 0. 05）. Conclusion; Shenfu injection combined with western medicine therapy used in treatment of cerebral infarction, is meaningful for enhancing clinical effect and reducing the pain of patients. So it deserved application and promotion in clinical work.
