摘要
目的：探讨保守治疗消化道穿孔的临床效果。方法：79例消化道穿孔患者被随机分为实验组（n=40）和对照组（n=39），对熙组单纯给予单纯西药治疗，实验组在对照组基础上给予给予中药治疗。结果：实验组总有效率为90．0％，痊愈率为67．5％，临床效果显著优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：中西医结合保守治疗应用于消化道穿孔患者的康复。能显著改善患者生活质量，提高临床效果，值得在临床上应用和推广。
Objective： To explore the clinical effect of conservative treatment for treatment of patients with gastrointestinal perforation. Methods.. 79 cases of patients with gastrointestinal perforation were randomly divided into experimental group （n =40） and control group （n = 39）. Control groups were singly given Western treatment, and experimental group were given treatment of Chinese traditional combined with Western medicine. Re- suits： The total effective rate in experimental group was 90.0%, the cure rate was 67. 5%, the clinical effects were significantly better than that in control group （p 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Chinese traditional combined with western medicine used for treatment of patients with gastrointestinal perforation, can significantly enhance clinical effect and improve the life quality of patients, so it deserved application and promotion in clinical work.
