摘要输血相关性急性肺损伤（transfusion related acute lung in-jury，TRALI）是与输血相关的一种严重的不良反应，一般认为TRALI的发生机理是供者血浆中存在组织相容性抗原抗体（抗-HLA）或者中性粒细胞特异性抗体引起中性粒细胞在受血者肺血管内聚集，激活补体，导致肺毛细血管内皮损伤和肺水肿等临床症状，死亡率高达6%-12％。为引起我国临床医生及输血工作者的高度重视，我们就TRALI的一些研究进展综述如下。
