高渗盐水在颅脑外伤合并休克中的临床应用 被引量:3

摘要 脑外伤主要临床表现为颅内高压症及脑出血,提高严重创伤的抢救成功率,既要快速补容量,同时又要降低颅内压。对目前研究的高渗盐水的作用机制进行了分析;对高渗盐水的作用、使用浓度、不良反应等进行了总结和研究;对高渗盐水与甘露醇降颅压的治疗效果进行了比较。
