锁骨下静脉穿刺置管300例体会

目的：探讨锁骨下静脉穿刺中心静脉置管术在临床上的应用价值。方法：收集2004年10月-2009年12月以来在我院就诊的患者300例，全部实施锁骨下静脉穿刺术。结果：穿刺过程发生气胸1例，误入锁骨下动脉3倒，无血胸，臂丛神经损伤，皮下气肿，血肿等并发症。一次成功率99．2％。结论：锁骨下静脉穿刺置管是一种较安全、易成功、并发症少、护理方便的深静脉穿刺置管方法。

Objective To investigate the subclavian vein puncture and central venous catheterization in the clinical value of methods of collection in October 2004 - December 2009 in our hospital has 300 patients, all of the implementation of the results of subclavian vein puncture puncture the process of pneumothorax in 1 case, strayed into the subclavian artery in 3 cases, no hemothorax, brachial plexus injury, subcutaneous emphysema, hematoma occurred. Discussion of a success rate of 99.2% ,discussion of subclavian vein catheterization is a safe, easy success, fewer complications, care and convenient method of deep--vein catheterization.
