玉竹提取液抗衰老的实验研究

摘要 目的:观察玉竹提取液对臭氧致亚急性衰老模型小鼠血清抗氧化系统超氧化化物歧化酶活性和丙二醛含量的影响。方法:取昆明小鼠50只,随机分正常对照组、衰老模型组和0.5g/kg,1g/kg,2g/kg的玉竹提取液治疗组,共5组。除正常对照组外,其余各组置于臭氧箱连续4周,正常喂养。治疗组腹腔分别注射0.5g/kg、1g/kg、2g/kg3种不同剂量的玉竹提取液给予治疗,正常对照组和衰老模型组每只腹腔注射生理盐水0.5ml。6周后,检测小鼠血清中超氧化物歧化酶活性和丙二醛含量,称量小鼠质量和小鼠胸腺、脾脏质量,观察其对免疫功能的影响。结果:①衰老模型组与正常对照组比较,血清超氧化物歧化酶活性显著降低,丙二醛水平明显高,胸腺指数和脾指数下降。②治疗组与衰老模型组比较,玉竹提取液2g/kg剂量组能显著提高衰老模型小鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶活性,降低丙二醛含量。3种不同剂量的玉竹提取液均能提高脾指数,但3个治疗组之间的差异无统计学意义。结论:玉竹提取液具有抗氧化作用,对免疫功能有定的调节作用。 Objective: Observe the superoxide dismutase activity and the impact of MDA after using Odoratum extract to Ozone--induced subacute aging mice serum antioxidant system. Method get Kunming mice 50, Random divided into control group, the aging model group and 0.5g/kg, 1g/kg, 2g/kg odoratum the extract in the treatment group. Except the normal control group, The rest of the group at 4 weeks in a row, normal feeding. Abdominal cavity in the treatment group were injected 0.5g/kg, lg/kg, 2g/kg 3 different doses of EB--extract treatment. 6 weeks later, Detect serum SOD activity and MDA, Weigh the quality of mice and mouse thymus, spleen and the quality of its observation on immune function. Results: (1)Compare the aging model group with control group, serum superoxide dismutase activity was significantly lower, MDA levels were significantly higher, thymus and spleen index fell. (2) in the treatment group and the aging model group, Odoratum extract 2g/kg dose group can significantly raise mice aging serum SOD activity and lower MDA. 3 different doses of Polygonatum extract can increase the spleen index, but the difference between the 3 treatment groups was not significant. Conclusion: Odoratum extract has antioxidant and the adjustment function of the immune.
