膝关节镜下修复重建手术后的康复护理

Arthroscopic Repair and Reconstruction of Post--operative Rehabilitation Care

目的：探讨手术前后的康复护理对膝关节镜手术疗效的作用。方法：对54例手术病人实施一对一教会、指导、协助患者进行规范系统的康复训练，做好心理护理。结果：提高了病人的心理适应能力，积极配合护理工作，康复训练和各项治疗，缩短了住院时间，增加了疾病恢复的信心。结论：系统规范的康复护理对病人术前术后起到重要的作用，术前术后的功能训练、心理护理大大提高了病人的康复和满意度。

Objective To explore the rehabilitation care before and after surgery on knee-- surgical treatment of the role. Methods 54 cases of patients on the implementation of one--on--one church, guidance, to help patients regulate the system of rehabilitation training, good psychological care. Results It improved the patient＇s psychological resilience, actively cooperate with the care, rehabilitation training and treatment, reducing hospitalization time, an increase of the disease restore confidence. Conclusions Standardized system of rehabilitation care for patients before and after operation has played an important role in the function before and after training, psychological care and greatly improving the patient＇s rehabilitation and satisfaction.
