摘要
目的:探讨胸椎结核的影像学特征。方法:总结胸椎结核的影像学表现,探讨其比较影像学特征。结果:回顾性分析111例胸椎结核的影像学表现均有不同程度的骨质破坏。其中:中心型12例,占10.8%;骨骺型81例,占72.9%。最常见,以椎体及骨骺破坏明显,椎旁均见有不同程度稍低密度软组织肿胀,部分并可见小片状及沙粒状高密度影;骨膜下型15例,占13.5%,常见于胸椎椎体前缘;附件型3例,占0.27%,发生于两侧横突.结论:比较影像学能够较好地显示胸椎结核特征性表现,CT在椎体及附件骨质破坏程度、椎管受累、椎旁软组织范围方面优于常规X线平片检查,且对死骨片、骨质硬化及冷脓肿内钙化显示优于MR1。MR1在椎管受累、椎旁软组织范围方面优于CT及常规X线平片检查,X线在分型及定位方面较准确。
