杏丁注射液在冠心病心绞痛患者中的应用效果分析

Application analysis of Xingding injection in coronary heart disease patients

目的：探讨杏丁注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法：将我院120例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组及对照组，对照组使用常规西药治疗，治疗组在使用常规西药的基础上加用杏丁注射液。结果：治疗组心绞痛的总有效率为91．67％，心电图变化总有效率为90．00％，明显高于对照组的76．67％和65．00％；治疗组的血流指标和心绞痛发作次数、持续时间均有极显著改善（P〈0．01）。治疗期间两组均未发现明显不良反应，治疗前后血、尿、便常规检查及肝肾功能检查未见异常变化。结论：杏丁注射液能明显缓解心绞痛、减少发作次数、缩短发作时间，对临床症状、心电图、血液流变学改变疗效确切，且无毒副反应。

Objective： To investigate effects of treating angina pectoris with Xingding injection. Method： To divided 120 patients of angina pectoris into control group and treatment group, the control group use conventional Western medicine, treatment group based on the use of conventional western medicine plus Xingding Injection. Result： The total effective rate of angina pectoris was 91.67% in control group, the total effective rate of ECG changes was 90.00%, the treatment group are higher than the control group is 76.67% and 65.00%; The frequency and duration of flow indicators and angina have significant improvement in the treatment group （P〈0.01）. Groups during treatment don＇t have adverse reaction, before and after treatment of routine examination of blood, urine, feces and liver, kidney function don＇t have anomalies. Conclusion： Xingding injection can ease Angina, reduce the number of episodes, it to be clinical symptoms, electrocardiogram, blood rheology were curative effect and non-toxic side effects.
